We will be running GriefShare in Glengormley Methodist for 10 weeks, starting on Thursday 19th January 2012 at 7.30pm.

This is a course for any adult who is going through the bereavement process, no matter who they have lost or how recently they have lost them.
Those coming to our own group last year had a large range of experiences of loss, from spouses, to parents, grandparents, children, siblings and grandchildren.
There is no obligation to share anything you’re not comfortable with and in the past some have found it beneficial to come and listen to experiences of others in the group.
