Join us for what promises to be a wonderful night of Easter celebration at a concert in the church on Saturday 31st March at 7.45pm. This will feature our own Karen (Marsden) Orr along with friends, Edwin Brown - a truly gifted and anointed singer/songwriter, David Martin - a fabulous pianist and musician who is coming over from England especially for this concert and the well-known Mossgrove Singers who are no strangers to Glengormley.
Tickets are available from any of the Stewards, by email to Keith Bruce or from Stephen Orr at a cost of £5.
Proceeds to church funds and a donation will be made to the Friends of the Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital.
There will be light refreshments provided following this concert which we would anticipate finishing around 9.15pm. Please come along and invite your friends and neighbours to join you. |

GriefShare in Glengormley |
We will be running GriefShare in Glengormley Methodist for 10 weeks, starting on Thursday 19th January 2012 at 7.30pm.
This is a course for any adult who is going through the bereavement process, no matter who they have lost or how recently they have lost them. Those coming to our own group last year had a large range of experiences of loss, from spouses, to parents, grandparents, children, siblings and grandchildren. There is no obligation to share anything you’re not comfortable with and in the past some have found it beneficial to come and listen to experiences of others in the group. If you would like more information on the course or to commit to coming please speak to Ian Cahoon.
This is open to anyone inside or outside of Glengormley Methodist. |
