Pilates Class

Pilates class continues on Thursday evenings in main halls from 7pm for about an hour.

Instructor: Lydia McFaul.
Cost : £4 per session, payable each night.

What is Pilates?
The Pilates method seeks to increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength (your back, abdominal and pelvic muscles) and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.  Through pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk, increasing your flexibility and agility and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles. Pilates not only provides a complete body workout (you will be working muscles you didn't even know you had!), but also helps you develop an awareness of how your body works.

It would be great to see you there and please feel free to bring a friend or 2 - perhaps a way of reaching out (there will usually be a brief epilogue).
